At Heavenly Garden, we typically process orders within 1 to 2 business days. Please note that any orders placed after 6 p.m. will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Information
You can expect your order to arrive within 4 to 7 days. We offer free shipping on orders over $200, while a flat fee of $15 applies to orders under $200. Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. Most orders are delivered via third-party freight carriers (18-wheelers). If your order requires freight shipping, we will contact you to arrange a curbside delivery. Please ensure that your contact information is accurate at checkout to avoid any delays.
Order Confirmation and Payment
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your order registration and credit card authorization. Your credit card will only be charged when the item is shipped. For backordered products, a charge may be held to reserve the item for you. We begin processing your order immediately after it is received to ensure timely delivery.
