Returns

At Heavenly Garden, we offer returns within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.

Returns Allowed In: United States only

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging.

Products that Arrive Defective

If your product arrives defective, returns are free of charge. We will either issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.

Customer Remorse Returns

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  3. Reach out to your bank; there may be additional processing time before the refund is posted.

Shipping

Returned items must be shipped back in their original packaging with all parts and components included. For warranty-related issues, please contact the manufacturer directly.

You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. However, if the product arrives damaged, you will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
